John Pickel Jr., M.D., F.A.C.O.G.

Dr. John Pickel graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University Of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. The senior member of Omega Ob/Gyn, Dr. Pickel has been with the practice since 1979.

Dr. Pickel is a fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a member of the Association of Gynecological Laparoscopists, and the Tarrant County Medical Society.

An active member of the Arlington community, Dr. Pickel served as a former chief of staff at Medical Center of Arlington, as well as a past trustee on the board, and has been instrumental in the development of the medical community in the southern region of the Arlington/Mansfield corridor.

Originally from Indiana, Dr. Pickel is married and is the father of four children. He and his family reside on a ranch south of Mansfield where he enjoys ranching and gardening.

 
 
 

Steven J. Seligman, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.

Dr. Steven Seligman graduated with high honors from Texas A&M University and the University of Texas Medical School at Galveston where he also completed his residency. He partnered with Dr. John Pickel in 1983. Dr. Seligman specializes in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Seligman has become well-known in the field of infertility as he has assisted hundreds of couples through the past 20 years in achieving their dream of having a child.

Dr. Seligman often trains other physicians in the latest gynecologic surgeries and has worked with several surgical equipment companies teaching the latest procedures.

Dr. Seligman is also a fellow in the American College of Ob/Gyn, a member of the Tarrant County Medical Association as well as the Texas Medical Association. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Medical Center of Arlington; he has served multiple times in the past as the Chairman of the Department of Ob/Gyn. Dr Seligman has recently been named in U.S. News and World Report's “Top Doctors.
At home, Dr. Seligman and his wife, Nancy, enjoy their children as well as traveling. Even though he has delivered thousands of babies in his career, which spans over 3 decades, he is totally enamored with his four granddaughters. His other passion besides medicine is photography. Keith R. Storts, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.

Dr. Keith Storts received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in 1985 and his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School in San Antonio in 1990. He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Scott and White Memorial Hospital in Temple. He then practiced in the Air Force from 1994 until 1998 and has been with Omega OB/GYN since 1999.

Dr. Storts is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, the Texas Medical Association, and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Kevin R. Gordon, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.

Originally from San Angelo, Texas, Dr. Kevin R. Gordon received his BA in biology from Austin College in 1993 and obtained his medical degree from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 1997. Dr. Gordon then went on to do his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston where he won several research awards at the local and national levels for innovative surgical education as well as awards for patient satisfaction.

Dr. Gordon joined Omega OB/GYN in 2001 and specializes in laparoscopic hysterectomies, urinary incontinence, and pelvic floor reconstruction. He is board certified by The American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a member of the Texas Medical Association and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Kevin is not the only Dr. Gordon in his family – his wife Alex is also a physician specializing in urology and practicing with Urology Associates of North Texas. Kevin and Alex live in Southlake with their children Natalie and Ryan and their German Shepherd “Jake.” You may schedule an appointment with Dr. Gordon at either our main office in Arlington or our Mansfield location.
 
 
 

Jeffery Morgan, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.

Dr. Jeffery Morgan graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School and completed his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Prior to joining Omega OB/GYN in 2003, Dr. Morgan was an Asst. Professor and Director of Urogynecology at the Texas Tech Health Science Center in Amarillo. Dr. Morgan's specialties are high-risk pregnancies, first-time pregnancies, urinary incontinence and pelvic reconstruction.

Using the latest in medical and surgical techniques to treat incontinence, bladder problems, and pelvic relaxation, Dr. Morgan can help decrease your time in the hospital as well as speed your recovery. He also specializes in performing laparoscopic surgeries for hysterectomies, endometriosis, and other disorders of the uterus, tubes and ovaries. Dr. Morgan is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is board certified. He is also a member of Texas Medical Association, and Tarrant County Medical Society. However, his best training may have been at home – Dr. Morgan is the proud father of five, yes five, lovely girls. As a family they enjoy many activities together including watersports and softball.
 
 
 

Mindy Luck, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.

Dr. Mindy Luck received her bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Texas Tech University in 1995 and obtained her medical degree from Texas Tech School of Medicine in 2000. She then went on to complete her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Amarillo Campus of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. During residency, Dr. Luck published research in the Journal of Reproductive Medicine and the Journal of the American Medical Women's Association. She also spent time studying at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital in NYC and traveled to Costa Rica with Medicine for Humanity. Dr. Luck served as Chief Resident during her final year in residency. Following residency, Dr. Luck took a faculty position at Texas Tech School of Medicine in Amarillo.

In 2005, Dr. Luck and her family returned to the Dallas/Ft. Worth area when she joined Omega Ob/Gyn. She has special interests in preventative medicine, high risk obstetrics, and gynecologic surgery. Dr Luck is the Chief of the Department of Ob-Gyn at Medical Center of Arlington.

Dr. Luck also has a special interest in multiple gestations, as she is the proud mom of twin girls. Living and working mostly in the Mansfield area allows Dr. Luck to be close to her husband and 4 children.
 
 
 

Stephanie Pickel, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.

Dr. Stephanie Pickel is a native of Arlington where she grew up and attended Lamar High School. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2001 and obtained a degree in Psychology. Dr. Pickel went on to receive her medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She continued her education in residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Southwestern Medical Center at Parkland Hospital. She received the prestigious Excellence in Obstetrics Award in 2009.

Dr. Pickel is honored to be a part of Omega Ob/Gyn and working alongside her father, Dr. John Pickel. Board-certified since 2011, she is dedicated to providing quality women's healthcare to her patients with a gentle bedside manner. Her areas of interest include preventative medicine, high risk obstetrics, and minimally invasive surgery.

Dr. Pickel resides in Dallas with her husband, Matt Rosen, and their daughter. She enjoys international travel and has competed in several triathlons. Dr. Pickel and her family can often be spotted at White Rock Lake on the weekends with their yellow lab, Maverick.
 
 
 

Charmaine Oladell, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.

Dr. Charmaine Oladell is originally from San Antonio, Texas. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA, where she graduated with honors and received awards for her research in Biochemistry. She received her medical degree from University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Emory in Atlanta, Georgia. While at Emory she received awards for her research in neonatal birth trauma, was recognized as the “Outstanding Laparoscopic Surgeon” in her class, and received multiple teaching awards.

In order to decrease post-operative pain, shorten recovery time, and optimize surgical results for her patients, Dr. Oladell is dedicated to the pursuit of minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Oladell is a member of the Texas Medical Society, and the Tarrant County Medical Society. She has been board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology since 2012 and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

She believes that the field of OB-GYN is an evolving specialty and is committed to reviewing literature and research on the latest treatments and diagnostic tests to always provide the best care possible for each patient. Finally, she emphasizes patient education as an integral part of her patient-care philosophy.

Dr. Oladell lives in Dallas with her husband, Marcus and their two daughters, Hannah and Claire. She spends her time away from the office traveling and enjoying the outdoors as much as possible.
 
 
 

Melodi N. Reese-Holley, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.

Dr. Melodi N. Reese-Holley was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She attended Xavier University of Louisiana, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She was awarded her Doctorate of Medicine in 2010 from the prestigious University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center of Dallas, and went on to complete Internship and Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Methodist Dallas Medical Center, serving as Chief Resident her final year of training. She was highly recognized during her residency, receiving the Resident Research Award in 2012, Outstanding Resident Teacher Award in 2013, and two awards in 2014, which were the AAGL Special Resident in Minimally Invasive Surgery Award and the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award.

She is a board-certified Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and also holds professional memberships in the Texas Medical Association, Dallas County Medical Society, American Medical Association, and American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. Dr. Reese-Holley joined Omega Ob-Gyn in 2016. Her scope of practice includes routine and high risk obstetrical care, well-woman care, contraception management, gynecology, and minimally-invasive and robotic-assisted surgical procedures. She has a special interest in patient education so that they may be active participants in their well-being and make informed healthcare decisions.

In her spare time, Dr. Reese-Holley enjoys spending time with family, traveling, crafting, Pure Barre, and Dallas Cowboys football. She and her husband, Terry, reside in Grand Prairie and are the proud parents of two young children, Laihla and Vincent.

 
 
 

Nanette Davies, Women's Health Nurse Practitioner

Nan is a Women's Healthcare Nurse Practitioner (NP). A nurse practitioner is a Registered Nurse (RN) with advanced education and clinical training in the diagnosis and management of common and complex medical conditions, wellness and preventive health. Women's Health Nurse Practitioners specialize in obstetrics and gynecology. They provide medical care for women such as annual exams, pap smears, problem treatments, contraception, prenatal care and preventive care. Nan collaborates with Omega's physicians to provide comprehensive care for women of all ages; rom adolescence through pregnancy and into menopause.

After graduating 1st in her class at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas in 2000, Nan practiced in Duncanville for 2 ½ years. Due to a family relocation in late 2002, Nan joined Omega Ob/Gyn Associates in December 2002. She is a board certified Women's Health NP and maintains certifications as an In-Patient Obstetric Nurse and a Colposcopist (evaluation of abnormal pap smears).

Living in Arlington, Nan and her husband Bill enjoy travel and photography. They are active volunteers with the American
Red Cross Chisholm Trail Chapter for disaster assistance and licensed Ham radio operators.
 
 
 

Mandy Horne, Women's Health Nurse Practitioner

Mandy Horne is the newest addition to our provider group. Although new to the provider role, she has 20 years of experience in Women’s Health Care. Many of you may recognize Mandy from her Labor and Delivery experience at Medical Center of Arlington or her position as Registered Nurse with Omega.

She has a Master’s Degree in Nursing, with a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner focus from the University of Cincinnati. Having graduated from Texas Christian University with her Bachelor’s degree, Mandy will always be a Horned Frog at heart.

With her dedication to the care of women of all ages, she is a strong believer in education, prevention, and evidence-based practice. As a mom of two teenagers, she has a passion for adolescents and teens. Mandy collaborates directly with Dr. Mindy Luck. They have worked closely together for over 8 years, and have developed a team approach to care allowing patients to transition back and forth depending on the level of care needed.

Mandy and her husband of 17 years, James, live with their family in Arlington. In their free time, they enjoy international travel and spending time with friends and family.
